Read the Core guide first. A Queen of Hearts raffle uses the same Raffle Website Manager as every other Chance2Win raffle. Onboarding, login, the Dashboard, the eight Site Setup sections, ticket packages, Reporting, Manual Orders, Team Management, Printing, Payment Processor, pricing, and the launch rules all work exactly as in the Core guide. This add-on covers only what’s specific to Queen of Hearts.
Queen of Hearts is a card-draw raffle. Each spot in the game is a playing card. Supporters buy tickets and select a card they hope holds a winning position. At each draw, a card is revealed. If the Queen of Hearts is drawn, the jackpot is won. If it isn’t, the game typically continues and the jackpot grows toward the next draw.
What you’ll decide as the organizer #
Two things vary from event to event, and belong in your own rules:
- How often you draw. Weekly, biweekly, tied to a recurring event — there’s no single standard, just pick a cadence and put it in writing.
- How the jackpot works. Some events split a percentage of ticket sales into the jackpot. Others use a fixed prize schedule tied to the card revealed at each draw. See The Draw & the Jackpot for the options.
