School Fundraising That’s More Fun and Raises More Money
Run exciting raffles and prize fundraisers parents actually finish at checkout. Sell tickets online and at school, track every entry, and celebrate winners with total transparency.
No contracts. Built for PTOs, booster clubs, and school leaders.
Why Most School Fundraisers Leave Money on the Table
Your fundraiser idea isn’t the problem. The tools most schools use weren’t built for the way schools actually operate.
Tip Prompts Kill Checkouts
A parent adds $50 in raffle tickets, then a tip request appears. Hesitation sets in. Cart abandonment follows. You lose the sale, not the supporter.
Cash Sales Go Untracked
Bake sale tables, game night booths, Friday pick-up lines: offline money comes in but never makes it into your reporting. You’re guessing at totals.
Spreadsheet Chaos
Multiple volunteer spreadsheets, duplicate entries, tickets handed out with no record. It’s a reconciliation nightmare and an audit risk.
Limited Raffle Options
Basic tools support one prize, one draw. Schools need 50/50s, basket raffles, Queen of Hearts progressives, and more, all in one place.
“Free” Isn’t Really Free
Donation-optimized tools use tip psychology that works for general giving. It doesn’t work for raffle ticket checkouts. Your school pays with lost revenue.
Why Schools Raise More with Chance2Win
We built this around how PTOs and booster clubs actually run events, not how software developers imagine they do. Parents buy online from their phones. Others pay cash at the front office. Your booster president collects checks at the game. Chance2Win brings it all together.
- ✔️ Online ticket sales via link, email, or QR code
- ✔️ Manual cash and check entry by your team
- ✔️ Printable physical tickets for in-person events
- ✔️ All entries merge into one unified drawing pool
Chance2Win does not run your raffle. Your organization manages the fundraiser. We provide the infrastructure your team uses to run it correctly.
Every Raffle Type Your School Actually Runs
Most competitors support a single-prize draw. That’s not how school events work. A spring carnival needs a basket raffle. A spring gala needs a progressive jackpot. A football game needs a 50/50. Chance2Win supports the full range of formats PTO groups and booster clubs actually use, all in one place.
- ✔️ 50/50 raffles with real-time split tracking
- ✔️ Basket and tricky tray (Chinese auction) raffles
- ✔️ Queen of Hearts progressive jackpot raffles
- ✔️ Ball drops and duck races
- ✔️ Traditional multi-prize draws
No Tip Friction. No Checkout Confusion.
Here’s what a tip-prompt checkout actually looks like for your supporters: a parent selects $50 in tickets, a tip prompt appears, hesitation follows, and the cart gets abandoned. You lose the sale entirely.

Which Pricing Model Is Right for Us?
Both plans cost your school nothing to start. The difference is who covers the software cost, and where each one wins.
Zero Fee or Premium, how do we choose?
If avoiding any upfront cost is the priority, choose Zero Fee, your school pays $0 and supporters cover a fixed 12% service charge. If you want the cleanest possible checkout and better fee efficiency on larger raffles, choose Premium and pay a fee starting at $329.
When does Premium beat Zero Fee?
Roughly once your raffle crosses about $8,000 to $10,000 in gross ticket sales. Below that, Zero Fee is usually hard to beat. Above it, Premium’s fee typically costs less overall than the 12% supporter charge. Not sure? Our team will run your numbers.
What exactly is the 12% on Zero Fee?
A fixed, fully disclosed supporter service charge shown separately at checkout, with card processing included. Your school pays nothing and keeps 100% of the ticket price. It is never a hidden or variable amount.
Will supporters get hit with surprise fees or tip prompts?
No. Every charge is shown before payment, and we never use pre-checked tip prompts, the single biggest driver of checkout abandonment on tip-based tools.
What is the optional 8% on Premium?
On Premium you can add an optional supporter service charge of up to 8%. When you do, your organization keeps 100% of it. It never goes to Chance2Win. Or leave it at 0% for the cleanest checkout.
Made for PTOs, Booster Clubs, and School Leaders
This is not a donation form with a raffle bolted on. It’s raffle infrastructure built specifically for school organizations, with the features your group actually needs: PTO and PTA groups, athletic booster clubs, band and music programs, graduation committees, elementary schools, and high schools.
Real-Time Dashboard
Watch ticket sales come in live. See exactly what’s raised, who bought, and where your biggest sellers are.
Ticket Bundles
Offer bulk pricing to encourage larger purchases. “10 tickets for $40” consistently outperforms single-ticket pricing.
Winner Publishing
Announce winners publicly and transparently. Builds trust and boosts participation in future events.
Seller Tracking
Assign sellers to students, parents, or volunteers. Track individual performance and motivate your team with live leaderboards.
Mobile-Friendly Checkout
Most parents shop from their phones at pickup, during practice, or at the game. Our checkout is built for that reality.
Reporting Exports
Download full donor and sales data. Share with your treasurer, submit for approvals, or use for next year’s planning.
How It Works for Schools
Four steps from idea to winner announcement. Simple enough for a first-time volunteer, powerful enough for your most complex PTO event.
Create Your Fundraiser
Add prizes, set ticket pricing and bundles, configure drawing details, and choose your raffle type. Most schools are set up in under 30 minutes.
Share With Families
Distribute your unique fundraiser link via email, text, school apps, or a printed flyer with QR code. One link works for everything.
Sell at Events Too
Keep selling in person. Record cash and check payments directly into the system. Every entry counts, no one gets left out.
Draw and Celebrate
Run a digital or manual drawing, whatever your situation requires. Publish winners publicly to build trust and excitement for next time.
What School Leaders Are Saying
From elementary PTO groups to high school booster clubs, here’s what happens when schools stop fighting their tools and start using one built for them.
“We used to dread raffle night because of the spreadsheet mess afterward. Now everything, online sales, the cash we collected at school, even checks, it all just lives in one place. Our treasurer actually texted me to say thank you.”
Sarah M., PTO President, Elementary School
“Our booster club has tried three different tools over the years. This is the only one that actually handles a hybrid event the way we need it to. Parents could buy online, we sold at the gate, and everything merged perfectly for the drawing.”
Coach D. Rivera, Athletic Booster Club Director, High School
“The transparent checkout made a real difference. No tip pop-up, no confusion, just a clear price and a simple buy button. We had parents commenting that it was the smoothest school fundraiser they’d ever used.”
Jennifer K., Fundraising Chair, School Foundation
Get the Raffle Mastery Ebook
After nearly two decades helping nonprofits run raffles, we started noticing the same patterns: the strategies that worked, and the mistakes that quietly killed fundraising results. So we wrote a 120-page book called Raffle Mastery.
- How to price raffle tickets
- Why ticket bundles dramatically increase sales
- Promotion strategies that actually work
- Real fundraising lessons from hundreds of raffles
The book normally sells for $19, but we give the ebook to nonprofits who join our occasional newsletter. We send helpful fundraising insights two or three times a year. No spam, no nonsense, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
Compliance Note
Raffle laws vary significantly by location. Before launching any raffle, we strongly encourage you to review your local charitable gaming regulations or consult with an attorney. Our Raffle Laws guide is a good starting point.
