Sometimes you need paper — physical tickets to hand out, or a clean export for your records. This tool does both.
Printing physical tickets #
Choose a Category, a Prize, a Print Style, a date range, and a page layout (24 or 44 per page), then open the print preview. Great for in-person events where people still like a ticket in hand.
Downloading customer reports #
Separately, export Customer Reports as CSV — pick a report type and a date range and you’re done. Perfect for mail-merge thank-yous, next year’s invite list, or handing clean data to your treasurer.
Pro tip. Export your customer list after the event and turn it into next year’s head start. The people who bought this time are your warmest leads for the next one — that’s where repeat fundraising is won.
