The big moment. Winner Selection draws your winners at random from the pool of eligible tickets, one prize at a time, and lets you notify them with a click.
How the draw works #
Your prizes appear as a simple list — one grand prize or fifty, however many you added. In a traditional raffle every ticket sold is eligible for every prize, so each draw pulls at random from the full pool of entries.
- Click a prize to draw a winner at random.
- For a prize with more than one winner, click again to draw the next.
- The winning ticket number and name appear under the prize.
- Click Notify to email the winner.
Reality check. Winner Selection stays locked until your event’s end date has passed. That’s on purpose — it makes it impossible to draw before every entry is in, which protects you and reassures your supporters that the draw was clean.
Pro tip. Draw live — on Facebook, at your event, wherever your people are watching. A public drawing is the single best trust-builder you have, and it makes next year’s raffle an easier sell before you’ve even started.
